We've put all our love for PERi-PERi (African Bird's Eye Chilli), with hints of lemon, garlic and a pinch of herbs to create an exciting flavour experience that'll warm your heart, get your mouth tingling and leave you wanting more. Bag it: * Pop 4 chicken breasts or your choice of meat and veggies (approx. 500 g) in the cooking bag provided, add the PERi-PERi spice, fold the open edge of the bag twice and crease well. * Give it a gentle shake to spread the spice Bake it: * Preheat the oven to 210oC (fan assisted 190C) * Place the bag lying flat on a baking tray with the seams downwards and place on the bottom rack of the oven. * Cook for 30 minutes or until cooked through. * When the buzzer goes, open the bag, coat the chicken in the juices and serve.
