Eating a variety of grains is important but many foods contain just one. That's why we've worked hard to put 5 whole grains in one simple flake!
Whole grains are one of nature's super foods that help provide your body with the necessary vitamins and minerals.
Using whole grains means you use the whole grain; the bran, the germ and the endosperm. Most importantly you retain the natural fibre.
Our crunchy flakes are a combination of wheat, oats, barley, rye and triticale.
We use the whole wheat grain to retain the bran fibre which is often removed in refined cereal foods.
Adds a subtle nutty flavour and a source of beta-glucan.
A cross between wheat and rye that is commonly used in bread, cereals and pasta.
Adds a smooth, malty flavour as well as being a great source of soluble fibre.
A resilient staple grain with a distinctive earthy flavour.
