Source of Dietary Fibre & Protein. Great for salads, soups and risotto. Hot Tips To cook our barley using the absorption method, place 1 cup of rinsed barley to 3 cups of cold water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 35 minutes until water has evaporated.
