Much has changed since we first started making Walters nougat in the family kitchen in 1999, but some things never will.

We still use our original recipe and make it on our farm by hand, using the finest ingredients. Free from preservatives, artificial flavourings and colourants, no short cuts...ever!

Cranberry & Almond Nougat Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Almond Nuts (29%) (Tree Nuts), Sugar, Honey (10%), Egg White, Dried Cranberry (8%) (cranberries, sugar, vegetable oil [sunflower seed]), Wafer Paper (potato starch, vegetable oil [palm fruit], water), Vanilla flavouring.
