Order Deliveries
We now offer international delivery services to a large range of countries. Shipping is made using dedicated airfreight courier services and will depend on the timing of the courier.
All orders are picked and packed at our Melbourne facility and shipped direct to your door. They are handpicked just before dispatch to ensure the freshest available product is included. Upon checkout you will be displayed the courier options available and estimated time for delivery.
The Estimated Delivery window provided reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Ally’s Basket control.
Dispatch - we pack and dispatch all orders once per week which is typically at the start of the week
Asia delivery times - orders take 7-15 working days from the date of dispatch
USA - orders take 7-15 working days from the date of dispatch
Rest of the world - orders take 7-21 working days from the date of dispatch
Orders are delivered using reliable and trusted courier services only. If an order is held up at Customs we will not be held responsible, please check you are permitted to import grocery items before placing your order.
All orders are issued a tracking number provided by the courier service for which it will be updated as the order is processed by the courier.
Delivery fees will be added to the total amount in the final stage of the checkout process. Shipping fees are dependent on the size and weight of your order so are subject to change from order to order.
The minimum order size that can be accepted is $30 USD excluding delivery fees.
Customs Information
Ally’s Basket now offers DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is now available for selected shipping destinations. When selecting this option at the checkout, all duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite Customs Clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.
If you do not select the DDP option, you may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice. An estimate of these applicable costs will be displayed at the point of check out so you can know these in advance.
Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.
Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
