Apply Dencorub Extra Strength Heat Gel before and after exercise to soothe painful muscles and to assist with your stretching routines and recovery.

Warm up

A warm up should be performed prior to all sessions of strenuous exercise. It should consist of general activities raising the body temperature by 1 to 2 degrees (to a light sweat).

Stretching

- Warm up prior to stretching.

- Stretch before and after exercise.

- Stretch gently and slowly.

- Hold stretches for a minimum of 10 seconds.

- Stretch to the point of discomfort, never pain.

- Breathe slow and easy when stretching.

Warm down

An effective warm down consists of a gradual reduction in activity levels for 5-10 minutes, e.g. a slow/easy walk followed by stretching.
