Hello Kindred Spirit, The making of this tea has been somewhat of an experience. It started with a passion; introducing myself to unsuspecting passers-by on the streets and inviting them home to hear their tea drinking stories.

Then I travelled to Sri Lanka with 14kg of mountain pepper and lemon myrtle, away from my darling daughter Sienna, to source and blend the tea and get to know everyone involved staying at the same hotel as my mother had 50 years earlier. It's only tea I know, but small things can make a difference and my aim is to create an experience that in its small way adds something special to your day. Yours truly, Madame Flavour.

I had my first cup of this classic tea with my mother. We'd been happily wandering the streets of her childhood all day and took a moment to stop and watch the world go by.

In these Pyramids, I've blended a smooth Chinese green, full of health giving properties with a cool pear twist.  It's the perfect tea to bring you back to earth. Marais district, Paris.
